(i) In handling the personal information of its customers in business operations, Lion HK is committed to protect the privacy of the individuals with respect to your personal data. Lion HK assures that its policies and practices in relation to the collection, retention, use, disclosure, transfer, security and access of your personal data complies with the Ordinance. Lion HK is further committed to ensuring that all its employees and agents to uphold these obligations.

(ii) When collecting personal information, Lion HK clearly states the purpose of obtaining the information and the scope of its usage. When collecting personal data over the Internet, Lion HK will secure the transmission as appropriate according to the nature of the data being collected. All information stored in our computer system is protected from access by unauthorized users.

(iii) Where personal data is stored electronically, it will be kept in a password- protected form. Personal data, whether stored in electronic form on computers or in hard-copy form will be accessible only by authorized officers or employees of Lion HK. Information that is stored in document form is kept in secure, locked offices to prevent access by unauthorized persons. Persons designated by Lion HK to handle personal data will be made acquainted with this privacy policy and informed of the ways and need to fulfill our obligations to the users.

(iv) Lion HK makes every effort to maintain accuracy of the personal information.

(i) Categories of Personal Data Held

Personal information including names, gender, date of birth, telephone number, fax number, date of birth, email address, Identity Document number and/or its copy, address and/or its proof, credit card information and bank account number (“personal data”) contained in the following:

(iii) Lion HK strives to appropriately manage and protect personal information in compliance of the Ordinance.

(iv) When Lion HK requests personal information, it shall provide prior notification of the purpose of collecting the personal information.

(v) Lion HK will not provide your personal data to third parties for direct marketing or other unrelated purposes without your consent.

(vi) Lion HK will not disclose or provide personal data to third parties except: (i) with your express consent, (ii) when require by law, court order or other legally valid inquiry; (iii) in our good faith belief that disclosure is required by law; (iv) to defend or exercise our legal rights; or (v) to protect life or property of an individual.

(vii) Personal data will be retained only for such period as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes stated herein or otherwise specified at the time of collection. There are exceptions where the retention period of personal data will be varied depending on the various kind of personal data being collected and held by Lion HK, which are subject to any legal, statutory, regulatory or accounting requirements.

(viii) Unless otherwise agreed, Lion HK will destroy any documents it holds containing your personal data pursuant to its internal policy and applicable laws.

(ix) When you visit Lion HK’s website and/or mobile applications, we may use cookie files to store and track information about your IP address, location, browser type, domain name and access time for managing and improving the website and mobile applications.

(x) Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s hard drive for record keeping. Cookies make web-surfing easier by saving preferences and browsing patterns while you are at the site. Cookies may be used to analyze the site usage, improve content and layout and for other customer service purposes. You have a choice not to accept the cookies, but if you do, certain functions such as banner redirection, may not be available.

(xi) Lion HK shall manage personal information it has received from persons concerned in accordance with the Ordinance as well as its internal rules. In such cases, Lion HK will appropriately provide the supervision necessary to ensure the safe management of personal data. Furthermore, Lion HK shall take proper and reasonable safety measures to prevent the illegal access, loss, destruction, alteration or leakage of personal information as described below, including restricting access of personal data to relevant employees on a ‘need-to-know’ basis, and applying encryption to personal data when necessary. In the event that such an event should occur, Lion HK shall quickly take corrective measures.

(xii) Safety management measures undertaken by Lion HK include imposing on the data processors contractual obligations to protect the personal data by complying with the Ordinance and require them to timely return, destroy or delete personal data when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it is entrusted by Lion HK to the data processor, and immediately report of any sign of abnormalities or security breaches by them.

(xiii) Lion HK has established internal rules to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of electronic information in our possession and takes appropriate security measures for each information asset based on the Company’s understanding of the information’s status and importance.

(xiv) You have the right to request access to your personal data in accordance with the provision of the Ordinance. Your right of access includes right to obtain a copy of the personal data Lion HK holds about you. A charge will be made to cover the cost of photocopying personal data supplied in response to a data access request.

(xv) You may also exercise your right to correct your personal data that is inaccurate by writing to Lion HK’s Privacy Officer at the address listed below, specifying the data obtained through the data access request mentioned above which needs to be corrected. The right includes right of correction, addition or deletion of content of personal data; suspension of use, deletion or suspension of provision to third parties of personal data Lion HK has received from you. Satisfactory proof and explanation of the inaccuracy is essential before Lion HK will correct the data.

個人資訊包括，但不限於姓名、性別、出生日期、電話號碼、傳真號碼、出生日期、電子郵件地址、身分證件號碼及/或其複印件，地址及/或地址證明、信用卡資訊和銀行帳號 (“個人資料”) 載於以下檔案中：
